Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated
   

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
   

• Tickets may be exchanged for later performances, subject to availability, provided we receive email notification at least 48 hours before the performance is due to take place, or at least five working days before in the case of group bookings of ten or more people
   

• For sold out performances we may, but are not obliged to, resell tickets on your behalf, provided we receive email notification at least 48 hours before the performance is due to take place, or at least five working days before in the case of group bookings of ten or more people. We will always sell our own tickets before we can offer returned tickets for resale, therefore the successful resale of any returned tickets is not guaranteed. If your tickets are successfully resold we will refund the face value of the tickets purchased.

 

• Smoking is prohibited within the whole site
   

• The use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited
   

• Mobile phones, pagers and other portable electronic devices must be silenced before entering the auditorium

 

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse admission, or ask visitors to leave the premises
   

• Refuse admission of latecomers or delay entry until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event
   

• Cancel or abandon a performance/event for reasons beyond our control without notice 

 

Audience members who leave the auditorium once the performance has started may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to re-admit them. Re-admittance may be refused if there is no appropriate moment, or admittance will cause disruption. No refund or exchange will be offered.
